You can command the rain and snow. You can raise or reduce the amount of precipitation by a hand’s worth every four hours. (That’s about 1 inch or 2.5 cm every hour.) You can continue altering the weather as long as you remain conscious.
With concentration and rolls of Mind, Swimming, and Weather Sense, you can change the weather to hail, thunderstorms, etc., at the discretion of the Game Host
