Effect Description
Most riding mounts may use Full-Tilt Movement, to give their riders a bonus to use tilting weapons.
Requires:
Species Trait of d8 or better Fast Mover
X (Battle)
Action “Dash or Sprint”
Whenever you are about to Dash or Sprint, you may declare that you will move at Full Tilt. You must declare the Full-Tilt before you move.
You immediately gain the Full-Tilt status. While moving at Full-Tilt, you may not Retreat.
Your Stride temporarily increases by 3 paces. (This bonus to Stride stacks with the bonus from Fast Mover, which gives you a Stride of at least 5.)
As per the standard rules: before or after a Dash, you may move any distance up to your Stride. When you Sprint, you may increase or decrease the Sprint distance by your Stride.
After Dashing or Sprinting, note the direction in which you last moved. (If you are using miniatures, use a Full-Tilt Marker.) At the beginning of your next turn, you must roll your Body Dice and move that far in a straight line.
X (Battle)
Stunt “Run”
Whenever you declare a “Run” stunt, you may declare you will move at Full-Tilt. You must declare the Full-Tilt before you run.
You immediately gain the Full-Tilt status. While moving at Full-Tilt, you may not Retreat.
At the end of your Run, you may move up to an extra 12 paces in a straight line. Note the direction you moved – place a Full-Tilt counter next to your figure, pointing in that direction. At the beginning of your next turn, you must roll your Body Dice and move that far in a straight line.
