If you were already at Long altitude, you may rise to Very Long Altitude … but only after moving 36 paces in a straight line. You may have to take multiple Flying Runs to move this many paces.
Trigger: at Long altitude or higher
New action “recover and refresh Gift of Flight”
Whenever you are at Long altitude or higher, you have a new combination action: Recover from Reeling and Refresh your Gift of Flight. You may not claim this combination action when you are Medium altitude or less.
