With all Brawling Attacks, Melee Attacks, and Thrown Attacks, you may claim a bonus d12 (instead of the bonus d8 from Strength). There is no benefit for Counter-Attacks or Parries.
You can carry even more weight. See “Encumbrance” in the Spot Rules.
