X (Respite) Action “Rally a Group of corpses into Marionettes”
Declare a Group of dead bodies within Medium range of you. The body must not have been Overkilled.
Roll your Will, Leadership, & 3d6. Each corpse resists with 3d6. If you are successful, the corpse becomes a Hurt, Injured Marionette under your control. If the body is still fresh, treat it as a Typical Zombie; if the body is nothing but bones, treat it as a Typical Skeleton.
The normal rolls for Groups apply – you may only animate a number of bodies equal to your highest showing die.
For the next five minutes, you must take the Rally action to order the animated corpses to do your bidding. Roll your Will & Leadership as normal; the highest showing die is the number of corpses you may control. (You may also use your ability to unleash undead to turn the animated corpses into Berserk monsters – in which case, you no longer control them.)
After five minutes, the bodies return to lifelessness.
