Are you Close to a Reeling target (within 1m)? Do they have a ready weapon? You may use the Presumptuous Disarm ... even if it’s not your turn.
Exhaust this Gift. Your foe is disarmed, and you now have their weapon. You are now Reeling.
You must have the right number of hands to equip the weapon. If you are currently carrying weapons, you can drop some of them on the ground as a free reaction.
