When you successfully assist someone else in a task, you grant a bonus d12. (Characters who successfully assist another character, and who do not have this Gift, grant only a d8 bonus. See the Basic Rules chapter for more details.)
Team Player only provides the benefit when you are the assistant, not when you are the task master.
