You must have a dead body, that must not have been Overkilled. Roll 6d6 vs. 5. If you are successful, the corpse becomes an undead monster.
If the corpse is fresh, Body is the same that the character had in lfe. If it’s a skeleton, drop the Body one die size (to a minimum of d4) but raise the Speed die (to a maximum of d12).
The body has the same Mind & Will that it had in life. The Species Trait is gone. Replace it with an Undead
Trait, which applies to Brawling, Observation, and Supernatural.
Some Gifts may stay, others may have to be re- trained. For example, being dead may make a corpse lose many social gifts such as Nobility and Insider.
The Undead spends its first action to stand up. Then, immediately roll its Body, its Speed, and 3d6 vs. your Mind & Will. If it wins, it becomes angry – give it the Berserk status. Otherwise, it becomes restless.
