Description

Many battles are decided not by the skill of the warriors, but by the skill of their leader. Leadership skill is used to convince others not to lose hope, to face dire peril, and to overcome great odds.

The "Rally" action lets you roll your Will & Leadership dice to rally others in combat. See "Rally" in the Combat chapter, for more details.

Take five minutes to use Mind, Will, and Leadership to make an impassioned speech to your soldiers, to put their wits at ease, and to raise their spirits for the battle to come
