Description
Sometimes described as a 'wolf with panther's spots', the Lynx is their own species. With large paws, a thick coat of fur, and excellent poise, the Lynx prefers the colder, northern regions, and usually isn't found south of the Walls of Calabria. Besides the spots, their most notable characteristic are the tufts of black hair on the tips of their ears.
With their keen senses and fast reflexes, they make excellent scouts and mercenaries - and yes, that also means they make excellent outlaws, because few can match their speed in the high hills and mountain tops. Most fearsome are the Lynx hermits who study the Wilding Ways. It is said that a Lynx Atavist's teeth can split a man in half in just one bite.
